SafeBoot Request Form
If you do not have SafeBoot Management Centre installed, please email nhs@safeboot.com prior to submitting your license request.
Please also attach the license file to the email which can be obtained as follows:
1. Start the SafeBoot Administration Tool
2. Select "License Information" from the "File" menu
3. Select "Save As" and save the file as a text file
