Ownership

Our Growth 

In March 2022, Trustmarque was acquired by One Equity Partners (OEP) – a private equity firm focused on the industrial, healthcare, and technology sectors in North America and Europe. We are leveraging OEP’s experience from past investments in IT services businesses to accelerate the reach of our value-added services within the UK. In 2023, we acquired Livingstone, a global leader in SAM and optimisation.

In November 2025, Trustmarque Group and Ultima Business Solutions completed a strategic merger to form a leading UK IT channel powerhouse.
