What you’re looking for at Trustmarque

Candidates for our graduate sales programme must have completed at least three years of university with strong academic achievement toward a BS, BA, MS, MBA or PhD degree. We hire students across multiple functional areas.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, all Trustmarque employees are required to work from home until further notice. In normal times, these roles will be based in commutable distance of York.

Trustmarque provides dedicated teams to support the unique needs of our Central Government, Local Government, Healthcare and Corporate customers. We primarily work with mid-market and enterprise customers based in the UK, supporting their national and global IT projects. From day one you will be engaging with customers, understanding their requirements and working to deliver meaningful technical solutions for their business.

As a leading organisation we are looking for the very best people who are looking to develop a long-term Sales Career with us and progress within the organisation. You will undergo an intensive 14-month Sales Training Programme with milestones of attainment built in in order to keep you on track for attaining the Apprentice qualification. You will have mentor support throughout to ensure your continued development and success and the opportunity to gain professional accreditation’s.

Our office will be based in York, and you will need to be able to commute to this location. Due to the current situation, there will likely be an initial requirement for homeworking until the office re-opens, hopefully in early 2022. All equipment will be provided.
