Career areas and specialist skills

Our business is always growing and evolving and as a result the skills needed are always changing.

The Alliances team look after our 200+ vendor partners and are responsible for shaping and delivering the overall vendor strategy. They manage all strategic relationships with Titanium partners like Microsoft Dell Technologies, VMWare, IBM, Citrix and more.

Dedicated Microsoft Teams

We have a team dedicated to nurturing our Microsoft business. This includes our Microsoft Partner team who manage and communicate the overall Microsoft strategy, along with all our internal training requirements and co-ordinating customer events.

We also have a Microsoft Operations team who support with all transactional queries and processes, they excel in operational excellence and ensure a smooth buying experience for all our customers.

Our specialist sales (or pre-sales) team provide consultative services to help customers find the right solutions and approaches to overcome their IT challenges.

They work with customers in all areas of Modern IT including; Cloud, Datacentre, Cyber Security, Modern Workplace and BI and Analytics.

Our highly skilled delivery team includes 50+ technical experts like cloud architects, software engineers who work with customers to deploy, migrate and implement their complex IT projects.

The team is highly accredited and respected and at the forefront of driving change.

We have dedicated teams for the public and private sectors, with long-standing customer relationships in both areas. As well as nurturing existing relationships, our Sales team is responsible for driving new business.

Our Sales professionals are experts in their field and are given the autonomy to drive their own strategy, with highly competitive commission-based incentives.

Our marketing team owns all aspects of the marketing and communications strategy, including both internal and external communications.

Marketing activities include; vendor marketing, brand marketing, corporate comms, website development, social media, events and more. There’s plenty of room to shine.

We have teams across all areas of general business including; Finance, Legal, HR, Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Support and Operations.

As our business evolves, we’re regularly creating new opportunities and need a strong team to enable the business to deliver on its objectives.
