Job summary

Working with 2 other Commercial Support Administrators to undertake order processing & governance

Accountabilities and main responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Order processing involving governance of orders, generation of WBS codes, update and manage budgets and forecasts, associated order approvals, order tracking including ETA management of associated vendors to enable timely and accurate billing. Invoicing of projects HW and support and Procurement activities are also a key aspect of the role.

• Excel skills, attention to detail,

Desirable
• Knowledge of Cisco, invoicing experience, forecasting, budget management
