Job summary
Our technical specialists are responsible for being part of a project team, working with End User Computing (EUC) and related technologies.
The candidate will possess the required skills to carry out the delivery of technical solutions in line with design documents, customer requirements and expectations.
Responsibilities
- The main responsibilities are detailed below, although the post holder would also be expected to perform any other duties which might reasonably be required by the business.
- Act as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
- Assist in gathering customer requirements in order to prepare project plans and timescales of delivery
- Work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with project delivery requirements
- Take ownership for technical delivery
- Assist with technical design solutions
- Implement technical solutions and upgrades in accordance with agreed Designs
- Work closely with all departments to ensure project and service delivery meet customer expectations
- Work closely with Practice colleagues to assist in the continual development of the team
- Assist in pre-sales collateral development activities for new business opportunities
