Ideally, you will be an experienced security consultant looking to take the step up and help to drive further growth into one of the most successful areas within Trustmarque. Accountabilities and main responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

    • You will join the Trustmarque Security team involved in both Presales and consultancy, focussing on adding technical expertise, ensuring outcomes meet the highest technical and agile standards.
    • We expect our consultants to understand the client’s project aims and to offer professional and commercial insight to ensure client satisfaction in addition to technical detail.
    • We always expect our consultants to be very self-sufficient when engaged in smaller assignments representing the company by themselves, always ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality work and outstanding client care.
    • You will act as the subject matter expert in Microsoft Security and Compliance for customers and sales teams. This is largely the applications within the M5 license suite, for example MCAS, Defender suite, Information Protection and DLP. But any knowledge in Azure Sentinel would be useful.
    • You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks from discovery and creation of proposals, presentations, and statements of work as well as the design and delivery of security and compliance projects.
    • You will be responsible for the production of technical presales and post-sales documents and other technical project-related artefacts.
    • You will be involved in the qualification and bid process for new opportunities providing relevant technical input into the process.

 What we’re looking for:

    • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a pure Security and Compliance role
    • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in the Microsoft Security and Compliance suite of tools (Defender, MCAS, Information Protection, DLP, Azure Sentinel).
    • Experience in performing security workshops, demos and presentations to a range of audience levels from C Level to technical.

    • Examples of delivering relevant security projects/programmes.

Other Requirements:

    • Be willing to work in multiple locations and prepared to travel up to 50%
    • Have experience in stakeholder management within complex organisations and be comfortable presenting to CSO and the security leadership team.
    • Be a fast learner, ambitious, and comfortable working in high-pressure environments.
    • Exhibit a proven track record of continually looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Consultative approach. You will be client-facing and will need to be able to convey complex themes and ideas in clear and concise language.
    • Assist and lead in the pre-sales / bid process for opportunities.
