Job summary

We are seeking a highly energetic, creative and established marketing professional to help elevate our brand and drive sales pipeline in new business. This is an exciting time to join Trustmarque as we have recently been acquired by One Equity Partners and are relaunching our brand and business to the market, so there is plenty of opportunity for growth, creativity and to make your mark. You’ll be working with the Head of Marketing to shape the new brand and ensure a smooth roll-out internally and externally. With new business a key aspect of our sales and marketing objectives, you will also look for opportunities to leverage the brand to support the acquisition of net new logos, working closely with the newly established sales development telesales team. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires the ability to apply both creative and strategic thinking. You’ll be joining a dynamic and established team, striving for marketing excellence.

Accountabilities and main responsibilities


• Work with the Head of Marketing and lead creative agency on the creation of the new brand identity for Trustmarque

• Ensure a successful roll out of the new brand including toolkits, templates and access to information for all colleagues

• Support the marketing team to adopt the new brand look and feel in their areas: campaigns, events, website, content etc

• Develop the new business marketing plan and work closely with senior management to ensure alignment to business objectives, including verticalization and product prioritisation

• Define lead generation and lead nurture programs using the latest marketing customer engagement approaches, leveraging marketing automation where possible

• Degree level education in comms/marketing or equivalent

• Experience managing a brand relaunch, refresh or brand optimisation project

• Experience working with creative agencies and ensuring project delivery on time and on budget

• B2B experience

• Strong people and interpersonal skills

• Strong project management skills

• Solid understanding of the latest comms and marketing best practice

• Strong copywriting, proofreading, written and personal communications skills

• Ability to work successfully as part of a team or independently, remotely

• Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to work

• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

• Ability to prioritise work under pressure and complete within deadlines

• Experience in multi-channel marketing including strong digital experience (email, social media and web)

• Experience with marketing automation platforms

• Excellent IT skills including experience with SharePoint, Outlook, PPT, Microsoft Teams and CRM platforms

• PPC and digital advertising

• PR and comms

• Ideally a minimum of 3 years similar marketing experience within a B2B technology / professional services company
