Job summary

Reporting to the Cyber Delivery Director for Penetration Testing, the Pre-Sales Consultant, will be primarily responsible for supporting pre-sale activity, from customer engagement through to generation of Pen Testing proposals.

Key responsibilities

  • Working with customers to understand and define scopes of work for their pen testing requirements
  • Generate proposal documents clearly stating man-day effort, costs and capturing key information such as customer pre-requisites to enable testing to be conducted
  • Awareness of pen test service lines and testing methodologies
  • Awareness of pen test tools and technologies which need to be considered when scoping
  • Working closely with Pen Test Resource Planner / Pen Test team to ensure scoping queue is managed and maintained
  • Recommending process enhancements to provide better customer experience

Key attributes

       Experience

  • Technical understanding of Penetration and Security testing
  • Delivery of pre-sales activity within Cyber
  • UK Security Clearance held as a minimum
