Reporting to the Chief Technologist within Enterprise Connectivity’s Development team, as Product Manager your responsibilities will be to shape the portfolio and manage the life cycle of the products, either through capability in-house, or through leveraging the partner ecosystem to respond to emerging technologies. You will define the service roadmap for the product and must consider the evolution and journey of the product sets currently within the portfolio, aligned to the market and customer driven decisions.

Working closely with not only the Development team, but all areas of our organisation, our aim is to introduce modernised features and functions to create differentiation in how we drive demonstrable value into our customers.

Working with teams across the service and solution life cycle such as sales and pre-sales; design, provisioning, and operations; business support functions and our customer success practise, we must build services that are joined end-to-end to deliver value to our customers. This is key to our organisation continually introducing and improving the services and solutions that the market demand

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining the Trustmarque product/service portfolio and managing the life cycle
  • Leveraging the teams in Sales & Marketing to support market engagement to drive profitable growth to the business
  • Alignment to and the development of an appropriate product methodology to drive repeatable consistent approach
  • Vendor alignment to capture, latest releases, updates, pricing, and technology roadmaps
  • Provide leadership and direction around the technology, take responsibility for the portfolio roadmap, introducing new technologies to drive a competitive advantage
  • Innovation – drive innovation in our approach to customer needs, working with the presales function to evangelise the technology in the proposals
  • Ensure the function is properly aligned and integrated across Trustmarque to positively contribute to our financial performance
  • Attend industry events and conferences, acting as a spokesperson for Trustmarque at sales events and conferences
  • Being visible within technology area, ensuring we are doing the right thing for our clients and working in partnership with our delivery teams
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships across Trustmarque to ensure the product is aligned and integrated with the wider business and its processes
  • Sustain productive relationships with customers inside and outside Trustmarque.

  • Confident and personable with strong inter-personal skills, able to communicate effectively and compellingly at all levels of an organisation, through a variety of different methods (including verbal, written and presentation)

  • Proactive and collaborative approach to working with clients, colleagues, partners & vendors.
