Job summary
Senior Technical Assurance consultant to work on client accounts as an Automation Tester with strong experience using either Jira or Team City and any of the leading test automation tools such Selenium, Cucumber, SpecFlow, or SOAPUI as well repositories such as Azure DevOps, Git or Jenkins. With the added ability to mentor more junior technical assurance consultants.
Accountabilities and main responsibilities
- Will able to demonstrate where you have delivered automation solutions, created automation frameworks and put together test automations strategies and plans.
- You must be experienced in developing and executing complex functional automation scripts.
- You must be able to demonstrate the way in which you go about automating requirements, and where you have implemented agile or other methodologies.
- Ideally you will have experience testing large technology upgrades or data migration projects.
- You will have experience working on proof of concepts to establish appropriate tools to be used and will have experience working on complex systems.
- This role will require you to liaise with 3rd parties, developers, business analysts and project managers throughout the development life cycle so strong interpersonal skills is a must.
- You will also be required to lead teams of Automation testers on projects, so experience managing and leading teams is essential.
