Job summary
Reporting to the head of Voice Services, this role is key to the future success of Trustmarque’s Voice Services pillar. The role-holder will help drive growth in this area, creating propositions, driving campaign activities, working with suppliers, and enabling Sales and Pre-Sales colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of service literature
- Liaise with other functions in creating and managing Campaign activity
- Help create and manage planning for evolution of in-life services, for example PSTN closure programme
- Create and maintain management reporting to ensure team performance is monitored and remedial actions are identified early
- Work with suppliers to create customer-facing materials to support Sales colleagues
- Facilitate a programme of ongoing incremental training for Sales colleagues
Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in Sales roles in a telecommunications environment
- Experience managing customer and, ideally, supplier relationships
- Knowledge of Voice services in a telecoms environment – an understanding of Hosted UC, SIP, ISDN, Direct Routing
- Experience creating and running focussed customer campaigns
- Experience of managing partner relationships for mutual benefit
- An awareness of selling and enabling sales of products as a service
- A positive team player approach to solving problems
- An ability to pick up challenges and issues, identify solutions and manage to conclusion
- A results and growth focussed approach
