How does Teams Voice work?
When you replace your analogue private branch exchange (PBX) and telephone lines, Teams Voice works seamlessly with the Microsoft phone system, which your users’ access via the Teams app on desktop or mobile.
Our cloud-based services use Microsoft certified designs and infrastructure to support your migration and deliver value, greater flexibility and increased functionality. Teams Voice connects to your network via your preferred IP connection, such as broadband or Janet, to deliver a high availability end-to-end VoIP service.

What are the options for Teams Voice from Trustmarque
We offer two main options to enable Microsoft Teams calling: Microsoft Direct Routing and Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams. Both are cloud-based and integrate with Microsoft Teams. Kent County Council transition to Microsoft Teams Direct Routing from Gamma and Trustmarque
Kent County Council was using both the online and on-premise versions of Skype for Business, with approximately 5,000 users on each platform.
