Over time, we have developed our catalogue of operational services. These standard services allow us to address a diverse range of unique business requirements and maintain a standards-based approach. These services range from enhancing the existing capabilities of a customer’s own IT department through to the outsourcing of defined services or functions. All operational services are detailed within our Operational Services catalogue.

How it works

A customer’s business requirements are mapped to our services contained within the catalogue to form a provisional scope of managed services. This is reviewed and validated with the customer and from this a proposed Scope of Managed Services is produced and documented within the Statement of Managed Services document. For customers where the scope of operational services is not part of a Trustmarque transformation project, a Discovery and Due Diligence project can be undertaken to review the infrastructure within scope and to document the required scope of operational services.
