PRISM uses data from multiple sources and through Microsoft’s Power BI visualisation tools, turns it into important information which supports your business decisions, proactively answers questions, and highlights areas for cost savings and efficiencies within your IT estate.
PRISM’s dashboards provide an executive level view of your IT estate easily without needing a working knowledge of the tools and portals to produce the reports.
PRISM Platform Tiers
PRISM has been categorised into a series of tiers known as Lite,Core, Advanced and Plus. These tiers are designed to support either a tool or dataset to give relevant information based on the data available.
Lite, Core & Advanced have been built around the Snow ITAM tool and the current offerings based upon Visibility (Adoption Tracker), Governance (Spend Auditor) & Optimisation (Spend Optimiser). Plus is targeted at other data sources that aid in transformation of the IT estate for example Office365.

Visibility
Built upon Snow’s entry-level solution Adoption Tracker. PRISM provides dashboards to support visibility of assets within the estate.
CORE
Governance
Snow’s next level of Technology Intelligence is Spend Auditor. Core allows for additional dashboards to highlight licenses and contracts uploaded into the platform to allow for estate governance.
ADVANCED
Optimise
Advanced adds additional dashboards based on usage from Snow’s Spend Optimiser. Having usage information allows for optimisation methods and highlight potential cost savings based on common targets for an ITAM practice.
PLUS
Transformation
The Plus tier is based on separate data sources coming together to achieve adaptive Technology Intelligence. The information collected from these sources provides support with the transformation of the estate, measuring success, and better business decisions all in one.

PRISM + Office 365
PRISM and SNOW Software
PRISM+ Office 365 is designed to support the visibility of your Microsoft 365 suite of products. The platform gives you usage information, helps realise cost avoidance and wastage, and highlights any potential savings.
PRISM+ Office 365 also supports the ability for Virtual Tenants within a single Tenant for a breakdown of allocation and cost. The Office 365 data is made available via your CSP / Enterprise Agreements with Trustmarque.
PRISM+ pulls data directly from the Microsoft O365 Graph API and supporting CSP relationship with Trustmarque.
Combined with the Snow platform, PRISM provides numerous insights on top of the collected data to support IT Asset Management and the IT department.
- Snow Software can be either hosted by Trustmarque or deployed on premise.
- PRISM platform pulls data directly from the SQL server to collect all useful data.
The platform is an accessible way to consume information across multiple departments based on Trustmarque’s wealth of ITAM knowledge and experience.
