Trustmarque Group names Nick Lee as Chief Financial Officer
York, UK – 04 May 2023 – Today, the Trustmarque Group announces the appointment of Nick Lee as Chief Financial Officer.
For ten years Nick was CFO of Livingstone, which was acquired by Trustmarque in March 2023. The news comes following a period of transition and alignment for Trustmarque and Livingstone.
Trustmarque Chief Executive Officer, Simon Williams commented on the news:

His proven track record for execution and achieving results at Livingstone makes him the right choice for leading our finance operations across the Trustmarque Group.”
Following the announcement, Nick Lee added:

I see amazing opportunities for customers, partners and the team as a result of Trustmarque and Livingstone coming together, and I am eager to achieve great things with Simon and the rest of the business.”
After spending a decade as Chief Financial Officer for Livingstone, the new role will see Nick continuing to support its growth and success within the expanded Trustmarque Group. While at Livingstone, Nick worked for the last five years with a private equity investor and will be able to use this experience to further cement the Trustmarque Group’s relationship with One Equity Partners to achieve our growth targets.
