What is FastTrack Ready for N365
Building on the success of our FastTrack Ready service, designed to quickly migrate customers to Microsoft 365, we have developed a version specifically for our NHS customers: FastTrack Ready for N365. This allows you to draw upon our experience and expertise to ensure a successful and rapid deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 within the N365 agreement.
Our FastTrack Ready Service provides organisations with direct remote assistance facilitated by one of our Microsoft certified technical FastTrack Managers. Throughout the process, they assist you with various onboarding activities and use a robust set of automated checks to assess your current environment, identity management, and domain configuration.
If your NHS organisation is operating on its own Microsoft tenant then you should be able to access the FastTrack Ready service straight away, if you meet the eligibility criteria.
As a FastTrack Ready partner, NHS Digital has recently enabled Trustmarque to to apply a specific certain migration tooling that allows us to migrate data to the central tenant. This is a new solution and means we are able to help customers using our professional services to move faster to the central tenant. FastTrack Ready is fully-funded by Microsoft at no cost to your organisation, for eligible customers. It is designed to shorten the deployment and adoption time scales so that organisations can start to use their Microsoft 365 investments as soon as possible and allow their users to start collaborating using applications such as Teams and SharePoint.

We provide you with an end to end service and follow a clear process to ensure you are informed and involved throughout. Your dedicated FastTrack Manager will direct your resources and help you plan activities to ensure the successful adoption of the service with your users.
A Trustmarque FastTrack Manager will contact you to assist you through onboarding with a kickoff meeting.
Our FastTrack team will work with you to assess your current environment and determine any areas of your existing infrastructure that should be changed to ensure a great experience.
Your FastTrack Manager will provide you with a checklist and plan to remediate any issues that were surfaced during assessment.
Your FastTrack Manager will work with you to ensure that the service is ready to use, user licenses are assigned, and eligible services are enabled for use.
Ask the FastTrack team to migrate data to Office 365 from your current systems. Data migration options include email and files for OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online.
