Trustmarque continues to support law enforcement across the UK with their cyber security posture, with our experienced experts delivering exceptional penetration testing outcomes for local police forces up and down the country.

In December 2021, Trustmarque won a place on the Police Digital Services (PDS) Framework for Penetration Testing. Since then, we have undertaken considerable work across the regional and specialist police forces and central police agencies, ensuring the water-tight security of functions and processes, as James Holton, Practice Director – Cyber Security explains:

“In the two years since we joined the PDS, we have supported the Police to utilise innovative technology to improve policing outcomes in an ever-evolving digital world. Since 2021, we’ve delivered over 250 days of penetration testing, we’ve been commended for our consultative approach to scoping requirements and our ‘post-delivery’ care.”

The intelligence systems in question are highly sensitive and require a partner with very specific security credentials and experience working with Police forces.

We are committed to supporting the Police Digital Service into 2024 and beyond to deliver the capabilities to create a more digitally enhanced police service whose workforce can more fully exploit data and technology. The 2030 vision is to inform improved decision-making, strengthen operational effectiveness, drive value for money and most importantly better safeguard and protect the public.
